If you can't tell already, I love doing themed photos of Juliet during holidays. People always ask what I do too get her to "pose" it's as simple as a "sit", "stay" command and a treat after a few pictures are taken.
My precious girl turned 7 months old on January 3rd. She is such a funny, energetic, loving girl. I also refer to her as a "terror" and my "monster" more than half of the time because she has truly been put in my life to teach me patience, understanding and unconditional love.
She passed her AKC puppy STAR in December, and is currently on a hiatus from obedience classes. I plan on enrolling her in agility and/or obedience class in the next few months to keep her on track and help her learn some fun new skills.
Here are some updated photos of my love.
Juliet met up with her brother Django and another vizsla from the same breeder a couple of weekends ago. She was off leash in a non gated area and did really well with staying close to the "pack"..... We are still working on recall around other dogs, Juliet is very dog motivated
Christmas time is here.... which means Juliet is required to pose for photos and pretend like she likes it :)
My friend Alana and her boyfriend Evan rescued a puppy a week ago, that they named Sullivan. He is super small, and Juliet was very gentle and sweet with him.
Juliet is six months old! She is doing well with basic commands, still iffy on recall (especially when other dogs are around), and walks well on the leash (when she wants).
She also goes through moments of being extremely rude (nipping hands, jumping, etc). Those moments are usually followed by a nap... do pups throw tantrums?
